My name is Jeff Cowan and I am a Spiritual Counselor, trained Psychotherapist, and meditation facilitator, rooted in the teachings of A Course in Miracles. My goal and passion is to assist others on their inner spiritual journey towards inner peace and joy. I aim to assist others by implementing a psycho-spiritual approach to help others integrate spiritual principles into their lives. I have worked with people who have worked with the A Course in Miracles for years, and people who are new to the Course, as well as people not familiar with the Course but have an interest in growing their spiritual life. I offer one on one spiritual counseling sessions as well as a weekly meditation group.
